Introduction to Floral Design

Do you like to arrange flowers at home, or are you interested in becoming a professional floral designer? This hands-on class provides an introduction to the art of floral design. Learn the basic elements of floral design, including proportion, the rule of three, design, orientation, balance and pattern. You’ll also leave with tips on how to care for flowers at home to achieve long-lasting freshness. 

The instructor will work alongside you to create a floral arrangement using seasonal fresh flowers that you get to take home at the end of the class. All supplies and tools are furnished. Professional floral designer and instructor Lori Wilson has been in the business for over 20 years. As the owner of Now & Forever Floral Design, she stays active with current trends and designs.
